what do you call it when all the worse possible things happen all at once?

my entire world is falling apart. everything is going wrong. I thought last year was a nightmare? well this is hell. am I dead?

I cannot began to even express how betrayed and desperate and unforgiving i feel. I feel as if my only option is to be self destructive on purpose.

but do i really want the kind of person who would betray me like this to notice me? I should not be working so hard for acceptance.
