Omegaverse is rooted in sexism and misogyny and I can't even pretend it isint anymore.

As much as I understand the appeal of omegaverse I seriosuly cannot stand it, this is coming from someone who has read a lot of omegaverse and when I mean a lot I mean A LOT, this is not new to it but everytime I read it I get this ICKY feeling.

The omega is always an omega who doesn't want to be an omega and hates traditional omega things and hides it, and they never want babies but in the end they have them anyway. ITS THE WHOLE "NOT LIKE OTHER GIRLS" AGAIN. I AM SO TIRED OF CASUAL MISOGYNY, its not even casual at this point call it COMPETITIVE MISOGYNY

it is genuinely hilarious how the Hand Jumper fandom keeps collectively forgetting Doyeon Lee. every single time i see a "Lee family" edit or post it's ALWAYS Sara, Samin and Sayeon. it's like the exact opposite of when fandoms get really annoying about male characters to the point of overlooking the women. no one gaf about that man. he contributed a wee bit to the existence of his fab daughters and then died. their ma perished a bit later too but SHE'S constantly haunting the narrative so still seems to be extremely plot relevant. meanwhile the only thing i remember about him is that only two people cried at his funeral and his wife wasn't even one of them
