My biggest problem is my anxiety. I thought i would find things that help soothe the pressure of anxiety. The herb i found that was Lemon Balm.

It has a strong scent of lemon and mint. i feel Adler’s definition of ritual can describe lemon balm by the “ability to enter the altered states of consciousness”. I believe the scent can pierce its way through the brain and cause a sense of calmness and euphoria. Which can help soothe and relax a person. it can help through meditation and put you in you head in a good way. “Reawaken imaginative faculties, to increase concentration, attention, and self-confidence.” Lemon balm may even open your third eye.
I also I have in obsession with Roses. In addition to being one of the most beautiful flowers it has a many benefits. Roses can uses for skincare, anti inflammatory and so much more. That pink color its so calm and gorgeous and it makes you feel the same way. Rose color and scented candles help with anxiety I want to know more about what magick properties behind roses.
