So today marks the start of serious construction on my costumes for #Amecon. Today I went shopping for where I'm a part of a group of fantasy class style Pokemon gijinka. My chosen design is based on Sawsbuck and I'm going in the direction of a sort of nature mage/druid 🌟 I was torn with the four different colour pallets but I ended up choosing Autumn because I adore all the reds and browns. Maybe I should have picked Summer because it's a con in July, but I would love to get some photos with the leaves changing colour later in the year 💕

Hi!! I saw that you did an amazing Matt the Radar Technician cosplay, and I'm doing one for a Star Wars party my friend is having. I was wondering if you bought your vest or made it? And if you made it, for a beginner like myself, was it hard?

Heyy c: Thank you so much! I'm really glad you like it. I'm very happy with it 💕I actually made the vest completely myself because the place to get the official one they used completely sold out and won't restock till May. (Plus it would cost nearly £90 which is a little steep for me right now) So I drafted it myself, including painting all the buckles and things individually. I definitely wouldn't say it was an easy project? It took me two days solid work and I've been sewing for close to ten years. But it's not so much an easy thing to make as it is just time consuming because there's so much detail in there. If that makes sense. If you don't mind waiting, I can upload more photos tomorrow of more details. I would now, but it's 2am and I'm writing this from in bed~ 💦💦
