Wild magic surge - Caster and their party get sent to the distant future, to a random ship inhabited by a crew of space bounty hunters who employ the party’s help to find the space bandit leader who goes by “Karagithanarinorth”. Hope your DM doesn’t kill you.
Wild magic surge - When the caster is killed, they come back as a ghost of themselves, but retain all the memories of a random NPC who has died this game.
Wild magic surge - The target polymorphs into the nearest animal (non-humanoid), but retains the ability to speak and the ability to hold and use a weapon
Every player other than the caster rolls for the wild magic surge, without letting the caster look at the results. The caster must then choose the player whose number they which to use.
Wild magic surge - The original spell is reversed to the caster if casted on another target, or cast on a random target if cast on self
Wild magic surge - An imp is summoned and immediately becomes a slave to the caster, but it always does the exact opposite to what it’s ordered to do (the DM decides if they want to tell the caster this fact)

So, Bones has never had a girlfriend, but he did once hook up with someone.
...without actually knowing he hooked up with them.
His wild magic surged while he was training, and a demi-god instantly fell in love with him. They went out drinking, with Bones getting sloshed after two tankards of ale, and they ended up renting a room out in the tavern, proceeding to do the dirty without him ever realising that he got with a demi-god. She sometimes sends him letters in Celestial, which he reads and thinks are junk mail, so he just throws them in the nearest bin.
Wild magic surge - Any time the caster sees any “female-presenting nipples”, they do a Tumblr and try their hardest to censor it.
Wild magic surge - Caster never gives target up, never lets target down, never runs around, or hurts target. Caster is a pacifist when faced with target.

Wild magic surge - Any time the caster manages to succeed five rolls in a row, they must recite the entire Hit or Miss TikTok, dance included.
Wild magic surge - Caster must state how they think a dog would wear its pants. A dog walks up to him wearing pants the opposite way, proving him wrong.
Wild magic surge - The caster enters the mind of a wild magic Tumblr page runner who had to restart his computer and almost lost the document with all the wild magic surges he’s written. They accidentally post two surges that have already been posted.

So, Linus “Bones” Igawa (he says his friends call him Bones because nobody can prove him wrong, but maybe I’ll go on about that more in the future) is a Cattalin (I can provide the link for the Homebrew I made for his race) wild magic sorcerer who was trained in his wild magic power by a Loxodon called Tedchi. In his lore, Tedchi retired a few months ago, aged 194, after teaching Bones for six years (Cattalin mature at 12 years old). About five minutes before the carriage arrived, Bones asked Tedchi for advice on achieving his life long goal of combining his three favourite things - Goblin culture, magic, and spinning tops - into one big mechanism he calls the “Magic Goblin Spinning Top Of Slight Doom (With Added Party Poppers For Efficiency)™” (I have another fun story about the trademark I’ll tell in the future if people are interested), but Tedchi speaks hella slowly, only managing to say “I know a guy up in the northeast, but I don’t remember his name. He lives in a town with a fountain and a statue of a demon-” before Bones had to run to the carriage. In his Aussie accent, he asked the carriage driver if he knew anything about this place, reciting what Tedchi told him, and when the carriage driver confusedly said he had no clue, Bones just said “I’ve got 20 gold and a silver tooth, how far will that get me away from here?” Now he wanders the lands, looking for help with making this mechanism, and also helping civilians in order to get money to survive.

Wild magic surge - Caster’s armour becomes animated. As a result, sometimes animation errors occur, changing the proportions of the armour.
(This is just an extra post to say that I accept ideas in asks, as well as questions for the “lemur with a staff” who I’ll hopefully have art to show soon. Also, I may actually make the deck of many wild magic surges a thing at some point and either sell it or make it a PDF or something, if people are interested?)
