And man, that definitely sucks, I understand your loss. Breakups like that usually stem from a percieved difference in morality, which in my opinion has nothing to do with shipping, but he seems to think it does. Which definitely sounds like an anti rhetoric. Yeah, he has every right to cut off people from his life who make him uncomfortable, but I also think that your shipping is none of his business. I have plenty of friends who have ships I can’t stand, but I wouldn’t cut them off because of that. From what I understand, you’ve had a long and flourishing friendship this far, so, what a waste. :’/ I can’t know how well thought-out his decision was but maybe he’ll come around eventually. If not, you need a better friend.
