I'm here today to share the story of my living room make-over . Although I didn't have much done in the space, but the difference was drastic from what it looked like before. I took out the wood blinds I had on the windows before and painted the dark tan colour walls with a cream color. My goal was to make the room feels bigger, lighter and airier.
I decided to use my better judgment and order the curtains from a custom shop after I failed with my DIY curtain project. I bought beautiful grey, custom-made curtains which a classy brown, chocolate-like details on their lower part and with some interesting pattern in a neutral colour that acted as a transition between the two colours. In order to 'train' them, you need to put a ribbon on every 1/3 section of the curtains and 'wrapped' them carefully. Let it sit this way for about 10 days.
