So, given how the last few Seasonal Highlight IDs have had gameplans heavily reminiscent of the floors their Canto's Durante ability connects to, I'm kind of curious what PM will do once we start hitting the Asiyah floors; I suppose for Netzach you could say that "Pebble" and "Spring's Genesis" are heavily reminiscent of how the Index works in Limbus Company's mechanics, but "Index but maybe with self-heal and Tremor" seems... a bit underwhelming in terms of inspiration?

Actually, I wonder if that might be further indication of Durante accelerationism, as Hod's mechanics of drawing aggro to debuff enemies and leave them vulnerable for your allies works well with Outis' tactical mindset, whereas a combination of Yesod's glass cannon mechanics plus Malkuth's powering up at low health and getting lifesteal would probably work quite well with Faust's demonstrable affinity for self-sacrificial mechanics and risking her own health and safety for the sake of success.

Man, it sure is interesting how (besides the obvious replacing of the nursefathers with our Sinners) there isn't too much difference in this "bad end" mirror world, with the largest discrepancy being the sole absence of one character, that being Araya, hinting that that's a big part as to why she did not stray (as much) from the path that the nursefathers planned for her like she did in this universe. Bluntly put, a universe without Araya causes Ryoushuu's life to remain as it is, while one with Araya causes it to change drastically from how the nursefathers wanted it to be and has her end up in the much more positive state that she is now.

Hmm, that reminds me of something. Wasn't there a name for something like that?

the fact that dante doesnt have a face comes up a lot in like. r18 fanfic and all but man thinking about it is a little miserable. can you imagine being the centerpiece of everything to go on in the lcb and being unable to even give a reassuring smile when things are going bad or expressing your emotions wordlessly. being unable to share a meal with anyone or feel comfort from eating at all. that one scene from warp express where they go into first class and see a plate of snacks was prepared for everyone including dante but they have to give them to rodya because they cant eat them feels bad. let alone the fact that they dont have eyes people can read. dante can't even cry.
