So last night the Twin Trees group decided to arrange the basement into a chilling circle. The blue light was unexpected and conveniently found.

I'm okay with this. I need to get white paint when I have the spare money.

Halfway done, I should have this pit area down to earth and cleared away by the evening, which is pretty alright.

Everything I do is a close enough moment. :l

Shopping list: Shovel.

This I do have a plan for. After emptying it out, I want to find a way to line the inside with stuff similar to the inside of coolers, and plan on having a drain spout somewhere as well, essentially it becomes a cooler people can use when they're over. I'll fill it with ice and water bottles and people can either bring their own drinks to cool in it or just have some water.

Moved this out of the pit, but I have no idea what to do with it. It's too small to properly swim in anymore, so I am trying to think of any interesting alternative uses. In any case, I'll wash it out and leave it to try so it's clean at least. Ideas welcome on anything I can do with it.

Late: What is this?

Right, so this is a small tumblr I set up to kind of show my progress as I work on this project. Twin trees comes from a tree I have in the front of my yard. (I'll get a shot in the morning.)

What happened was my parents and grandparents moved away from the house they've had for a long time, so now it's just me and my sister living here, and I decided that I'd use all the space I have to set up a sort of park, I suppose. Obviously not a regular park with swings and everything, but at least an area where anyone is welcome to come from around noon til about nine or ten-ish. I want it to be a sort of community thing, so I have a lot of plans on how to go about doing that, and am trying to think of more. I'm open with discussing any of them with anyone interested, and if anyone is local and wants to help, that'd be just dandy.

So yes, I decided a blog is the perfect thing to motivate me to keep building this.
