So… I’m making an Evil AU Spottedleaf PMV… with a song from doki doki literature club… (with special thanks to Paint for helping me with bgs… i don’t know her main but here’s her design blog pffft)
Some stuff from my version of the Evil Spottedleaf AU because I love to talk about it:
-In this AU, Spottedleaf orchestrated the war between StarClan and the Dark Forest so that she could make herself look like a hero. To do this, she held Mapleshade’s kits hostage and forced her to help her create the war. Mapleshade is totally capable of ripping Spottedleaf to shreds, but dark forest cats are physically unable to cross into StarClan. Spottedleaf makes sure to always hold their meetings at the edge of the border.
-Spottedleaf favors Leafpool over Squirrelflight. Leafpool, being a medicine cat, has a strong connection to StarClan. This makes her easier for Spottedleaf to use. Plus, Spottedleaf likes to believe that Leafpool was named after herself. Despite Squirrelflight looking like Firestar, she reminds Spottedleaf too much of Sandstorm. (also in the books there is only one time where Spottedleaf visits Squirrelflight, and that’s to help her save Leafpool)
- When Leafpool falls in love with Mothwing (who needs Crowfeather when we can just use the trans Mothwing AU), Spottedleaf comes up with The Three. She encourages Leafpool to follow her heart, because she wants to make Leafpool’s children extra powerful. She will make sure Firestar’s kin are very special, it’s what he deserves. (still haven’t figured out the stuff with Hollyleaf and Dovewing yet in this AU) Spottedleaf convinces Yellowfang to persuade Squirrelflight into raising Leafpool’s kits. After all, Yellowfang had kits as a medicine cat too, she knows what it’s like. Spottedleaf doesn’t want Leafpool’s reputation to be tarnished, or Firestar’s.
-Cinderpelt is a threat to Spottedleaf. She is a medicine cat who is adored by everyone, all the clans respect her. Spottedleaf knows that if Cinderpelt comes to StarClan, she will be direct competition. She promises Cinderpelt that she will be “born again, to live the life she was robbed of by the thunderpath accident”. Instead of actually reincarnating her, when Cinderpelt dies Spottedleaf traps her spirit to the body of Cinderkit/heart. That will keep her out of the way…
Aaaannndd those are the main points I can think of right now! I’m very excited to work on this video!
