***Apologies for the slight cleavage*** BUT LETS TALK ABOUT PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome) —————————————————— I have unwanted chest hair. This is very hard for me to show you....It’s my biggest insecurity. I can’t shave it bc that would make the hair darker and more coarse. I also sometimes get hair on my chin and cheek area. Chin whiskers are easy to pluck or cover with make up, but not hair on your chest. I’m tempted to get a wax but I’m going to try a medication first to help balance my hormones first. PCOS was a lot a large contribute to my weight gain and current/past depression. A single fatty meal can add 5lbs...not kidding. My life after being diagnosed was always one step forward and two steps back. I couldn’t get ahead of my body. My body was growing larger faster than I could grasp it. I was scared and felt alone. Trapped in a body I didn’t love or even like. I’m 25.2 lbs down as of week 9 but the body hair is still around. I’m told the hair should go away when the weight is mostly gone. We will see...
