Unless there’s something not being made public, and I really doubt that’s the case, it kind of doesn’t matter at this point whether he did or didn’t do what he was being accused of.  Whether it turns out he was actually guilty of it the NITW’s team had no way of knowing at the time, and they decided to drop him and cancel his projects on the accusation alone.  His friends and even his family turned against him over an accusation and now he’s dead.

The NITW’s team fucked up and any money they make from the IP going forward, unless it’s something new that he had no hand in at any point, should go to the guy’s family.

If they keep any of the money made from the moment he died going forward and it involved him they’re even worse scumbags than this whole clusterfuck has already shown them to be.

I’m not taking a stance on the guy himself with this post, if he did do the things he was being accused of doing he was also a massive scumbag, but the NITW’s team, unless they know something that’s not being made public, had no reason to think the accusation was credible by the time they just dropped him.  Whether the guy himself was even worse kinda doesn’t matter at this point, as they’re the only scumbags of the situation left and they will continue to profit from NITW.
