There this situation that I’m not far enough away from relationally to not know about and not close enough relationally to comment on.

But it’s pretty clear it’s a case or Emotional, Physiological, Narcissistic type abuse in a romantic context.

It’s hard to watch knowing.

My Mom and I are currently stuck in the reality of what this looks like after 40’s years married to a man like that and don’t want it for this person.

But there nothing we can do.

And I just don’t think the people in her life are telling her that this is an abusive toxic pattern and he’s not gonna change…he’s shown you who he is.(my Mom didn’t even get that pre wedding)

So prayers please. I don’t want another woman trapped like we are: I don’t want another woman abused and used and forced to make her self smaller and smaller. And I know Jesus doesn’t either.

I LOVE this show. I adore everything about it. The cast is freaking fantastic. The location is beautiful. The plot has me so invested. The thrice romances. HWANG IN YEOP!

It’s utterly perfect in every way.

As someone who has had to face some of the things she’s facing(or at least the possibility of them) I appreciate how they are handling this. Especially the scene in the early bits of this episode where the little kid comes in. Loving kids, wanting kids and not knowing if that’s your future is a truly devastating thing.
