I recently got some new brushes and had to practice with em! I’ve been dying to draw some Outlast antags for a while now so here are some of my faves. (edit: I got tragers arms mixed up RIP)

i made this post last year about france's short hair moment and finally had to explore the bigger challenge.... england's long hair moment... wtf

he's such a problem to draw at this stage like who tf is he,, he's gotta be a distinguished gentleman and blend amongst the upper classes and he does genuinely value these things but he also does not belong to one class because he is everyone and while he has changed a lot that feral kid is still in there somewhere... he's leaving teenagehood but he's been a teenager for hundreds of years and what does it mean to become an adult when you've been alive for nearly 2000 years and experienced more than any human adult could imagine?? does the change to his hair somehow mark this change in him but he can't connect what's in the the mirror with who he is?? his strongest memory of growing his hair out and of hair care is connected to this guy he's constantly at war with (+benefits) and he also associates long (& especially long and blond) hair with that same person... he hates servants tending to his 'hair' (wig) but he also can't be fucked dealing with these kinds of things himself... he's bad at looking after himself. he (thinks he) hates other people looking after him. he's this evil powerful force. he's a big brother and maybe he wants to be loving and to experience having a family but doesn't know what he's doing. he's repressed and has a massive ego that is growing constantly. he's running off to sea as an avoidance strategy. the sea also gives you too much space with your own thoughts. he's not sure who he is.

i swear this is all relevant to me working out how to draw him with long hair and wigs
