A delicious day at the Kakolan Ruusu restaurant in an old prison, located in Turku. A bit of sugared salmon, malt waffle with pike's roe, turkey roll, thin potato bread with oyster mushroom, pea falafel, pig's cheek, potato wedges, artichoke, grilled pike-perch, chocolate brownie with cherry sorbet and vanilla ice cream.
