Day of Dance finally arrived

There are some days, where I still don´t realize that I already am on my journey of life. Everyday I live, every step I take, I do by my own, it´s my life, my own body and my responsibility to make the best out of it. Cause in the end, we all die alone right?

So today I finished week 5 of my time in Switzerland. I´m only here to be able to afford my stay in the united states. And big announcement: 2 weeks ago I booked my flights to NYC! It´s going to be on 22nd of october and I can´t WAIT to go there. Of course I´m also really looking forward to see all my family and friends again before I start that big trip to the U.S. but I really am excited of what´s coming in further future.

Tomorrow I´ll go to Bern to see the city and join some workshops at the New Dance Academy. I´m really looking forward to that cause honestly I miss dancing a lot! It´s been 5 weeks now without any rehearsal or practice and I kind of feel like I´m out of it at all. 

And I got too much time to think. Think about my life in general, dancing, working, traveling and unfortunately also a lot about my body and my well-being. I´m kind of falling back in old bad habits when it comes to diet and exercise which really isn´t that good and has to stop somehow. But at the moment I don´t know how!

But yeah, tomorrow finally there´s my day of dance, maybe after that I will think differently about all that shit!

the journey starts.

Few days ago I started my trip to Switzerland, so it really is time now to really start with this blog which I got in my mind for months now. Why do I do that? I´d like to document my upcoming journey, because I got that feeling, that there are some experiences I will make in further future, which I want to share here on that blog! Just because I´d like to document everything which will happen in those next six months and how I will be in that time.

At the moment I´m in Switzerland, to be more precise, I spend my time in the canton Wallis. Here I will be living the next three months for working and experiencing!

At the beginning I got two days to acclimate myself which I really needed and it felt good. On the first day I was strolling up the mountains, the second I visited the next bigger city Brig. Brig might be not that interesting, but I guess for the people who live here, it´s like a "hotspot". I didn´t bring my camera, so photos from the city will follow!

Afterwards I went up the mountains again, where I met a guy who introduced me into the sport paragliding, which was pretty cool!
