An excerpt from the 4 page email I sent my father about the first Taste of Chaos tour in 2005. I don't have pix from that magical day of seeing My Chem the first time but I Do have this.
I was talking about my livestream antics to my bestie and how I hadn't realized that people have been watching livestreamers throughout the return tour not just these 9 Oceania dates. Told her it would've been fun to watch those shows. And that led to her convincing me I should just...go watch them. I think this is my way of finding comfort now that there's gonna be the dry spell of content.
ANYWAY
I put together a YouTube playlist of full recordings of nearly every show and uh I'm gonna go through and watch them all.
Some of my recently unearthed photos from Warped Tour 2005 of MCR. They certainly are some pixels for sure, but this is what pre iPhone middle of the day disposable camera shooting gets you.

Frank sang so much during Vampires Will Never Hurt You in Sydney that it was damn near a duet with Gee. I need 5-7 business days to even come close to recovery.
Going through my cd collection in the first time in over a decade and apparently my copy of Bullets is an Eyeball first press. I'm sure plenty of people know about this but I'm charmed that the illegal duplication warning promises that Gerard will come to your house and suck your blood if you make a copy.
So anyway I guess I need to find a cd drive I can rip this album with...

I'm so stoked, I truly never thought I'd be able to get this goddamn 10/10 masterwork on vinyl. Playing it now and you can actually kind of sort of decipher the lyrics even!

I've nearly watched all of the Brad Nolan footage and I am lowkey obsessed with the fact that a tech continuously has to come out and fix Frank's mic nearly every show in between every song.
