Just in case there is still anyone out there that doesn’t know where I stand: 237 days before the 2016 election, the Republican senate blocked the nomination of Merrick Garland, citing how the American people should get a say in the nomination of the next Supreme Court justice (note, they did not vote against a nomination. They blocked a nomination). Two hundred and thirty seven days. It is 8 days till voting is OVER in this election, and those same senate Republicans, who in the beginning of 2016 said that in an election YEAR the American people should have their chance to go to the polls and vote and are now doing a complete 180 and going back on every lie of a word they said, are ramming through a nominee that was nominated less than a month and a half from an election. More than 60 million Americans have already cast their ballots. It is absolutely, unequivocally shameful and downright WRONG that they are pushing through this process, and every senator that votes yes on this circus of a confirmation should be voted out at the absolute earliest possibility.   No, I will not be taking comments. This is not a debate. Any comments that try to make an argument for the Republicans, for Trump, for Barrett, or for this sham of a process will be shamelessly ignored without being read. Get out and vote for Biden/Harris, and every Democrat down ticket. Stop the power hungry right wing that has absolutely no respect for this country, this nation, this Constitution, or the American people. Also, wear a mask, social distance, and do not go to any Halloween parties this week. We are in a PANDEMIC.

Just a heads up that, Gina Carano who plays Cara Dune in The Mandalorian is openly pro-Trump, has very problematic beliefs about COVID, has never said anything about BLM, mocks people who put pronouns in their bio, and has even liked tweets which support all of the shitty behaviors mentioned above. She also follows many Republican pro-Trump accounts on twitter, has blocked people who called her out, and has also talked about her freedom being 'violated' when people attacked her due to her actions.

Many Star Wars accounts I follow on Twitter have talked about them receiving actual death threats from Gina's supporters, gore and sensitive images and videos in their DMs, and hacking threats too, to the point that they would have to switch to private or deactivate their account. Many of these people have faced great trouble due to being triggered by such horrible supporters, who sent such things in their DMs. And Gina has NEVER talked about this issue on her Twitter handle, despite people talking about this in her comments, she always blocks them.

Her supporters in her comments call queer people (or anyone who puts pronouns in their bio- or calls her out) as mentally ill, delusional, lost in touch from reality, freaks, etc. And she also likes those replies. If you check the 'likes' section on her Twitter handle, you will come across many bad takes. Most of them is just stuff she liked which mock people who call her out.
