Hi everyone, I've had this account for a long while now, possibly longer than any account ive had previously, but I've decided to move on to a new one, @7-zilla

The rest of this post explaining why is a bit lengthy, so I'm putting it under a cut. please read if you want to know more.

Initially, I thought of just changing my username, but the more I thought, I've decided it best to just start fresh. This is for a few reasons:

-This account has a lot of dead weight to it. A lot of inactive or people with little interest in my work now that I don't post another interest of mine following it. I'd like to be able to start fresh on that.

-I don't like having my art blog and main blog being one in the same. when I made my account at 17, I didnt have much experience with tumblr (I had much preferred deviantart through the 2010s) and so I'd made this blog with the intent of it just being...whatever. but as ive grown, and this account has grown I have a different relationship to my accounts now. having my accounts separated is much better for my anxiety.

But my main reason,

-because I've used the @punk-rockrz for a long time now, ive accumulated a lot of work under this handle! Which has made wanting a change a bit complicated for me. By leaving this account up with all my art attached to this @, im more comfortable with the change as people have an account associated with me to find if they choose to look (on the off chance my old work is seen..) Tumblr is about the only site that contains years worth of my work currently, so it feels like this would be for the best.

I'll be continuing to post the same old stuff I always do, so if you have any interest in my work id appreciate you coming over to my new account! my sideblogs will also simply be transferred to my new main, so no need to worry about those. I'll continue being really annoying on those.
