GYM: Fri 30th Sept 16

Leg day, that ish was waaaay to easy. Need to go up a weight class next week.

Workout was very easy today. Glad I feel no pain. But then what's a workout without any pain 🤔

Intense workout. Didn't have my usual protein packed meal before gym and I felt it. Another day, another gym session.

Gym: Fri 23rd Sept 16 | Leg Day

Walking normally makes me think I didn't train hard enough. Keep comparing every leg day to that time I worked with a trainer and felt like I was going to collapse *sigh* good times. Constantly trying to push myself way past my wall 😁

Gym: Wed 21st Sept | Chest

Feeling invigorated, focused on chest workout today with weights. My most favourite gym exercise. Leg day Friday !!! 😓😓
