I want to dress up goth and with the full outfit but I am scared of how my dad would react and what he would do

Well, goth fashion and lifestyle aren’t always well accepted, so I understand that you might be afraid of your father’s reaction. However, I think that if dressing more goth truly represents you (which isn’t actually necessary to be goth, since it’s a subculture rooted in lifestyle, mindset, and music), you should go for it. I’d suggest talking to your father first, explaining why you’d like to dress that way, describing the subculture you identify with, and making it clear that there’s nothing strange or ridiculous about it, it’s simply a part of who you are.
