Hello everyone!

Summer is slowly on it’s way here! Puppy and her friend Nova have been able to go play outside more!

After a long, hard winter (Puppy was diagnosed with heartworm! 😦 but is all better now!!!) she is enjoying the sunshine and being able to run and play. She cuddles and plays with doggy friend, Nova, and her kitty friends, Bug and Lovey.

She loves to go on walks around the village we live and play in the backyard with Nova or her mommy. She can’t wait for the weather to warm up so she can go swimming! One of her favorite things to do.

She is such a perfect angel and is loved and spoiled very much!

From starting out on the streets, not sure if she was beat and abandoned or born a stray, but she was skin and bones and now she has some meat on her bones! She sleeps under the blankeys and naps with Mommy every chance they get.

She has blessed my life so much and I don’t know what I would do without her.

She is my absolute best friend.

There aren’t enough resources to support the meat and dairy industries. Factory farming is one of the leading causes of climate change. Fishing ships are exploiting the planet’s oceans so forcefully, scientists fear all commercially fished species will be extinct within several decades. Earth is not just where we live, but what we are. It is the only living planet in the solar system, perhaps in the Milky Way, and it’s up to us to keep it healthy. Aside from the extreme global destruction, it’s important to consider the fact that all beings are sentient. All forms of consciousness feel and experience life subjectively. A system in which animals are born into a world of suffering and die without experiencing a day of peace, is not moral and can not lead to anything good. Consuming animal products isn’t healthy for you, the animals, or the planet. It’s simple to eat live foods, and it will greatly benefit you and everything around you. We’ve come so far as a species, let’s cultivate enough love and respect to end the heartless cruelty.
