A Kit And Her Asgardian Pal
Wow, this is awesome, plus Uncle Rockie being an Avenger is awesome, I can't believe this is going to be my home, only I hope I can make friends with the other kids, if there are kids here, that is.
"Casey, you alright, why so quiet?" Rocket told her while in the tech-lab.
"I'm alright uncle, just thinking you know?" she replied softly making him get it, that she was feeling shy, until she felt comfortable especially when she made a friend.
"I guess uncle, but it's awesome you're an Avenger." Casey said to him.
The female kit was leaving, going to explore the rest of the compound, when she heard giggling making Casey curious, seeing a chubby, blonde-haired Asgardian girl holding Stormbreaker, until she noticed she was having trouble.
"I got you, Alrigjt, but what were you playing with?" Casey asked her.
"My dad's weapon, Stormbreaker, but you're a cute little rabbit, my name's Thrud Odinson." she said making Casey smile.
"I'm Casey and not a rabbit, even though your dad calls my uncle a rabbit, I'm a raccoon but guess Asgard doesn't have many of us, plus super-strength is only one of my powers." she told Thrud.
Rocket and Thor were very impressed seeing this, as Casey and Thrud were becoming friends which was a good thing, seeing Thrud showing Casey around the compound letting them be.
"Hey Thrud, are there other kids here, or just you?" Casey asked her.
"Yes, Monica, who is Carol Danvers's niece, but happy we met." Thrud said making Casey agree, because she knew like her uncle and Thruds's dad, they were going to be friends, good ones.
"It's awesome, that my uncle, and your dad let us have a room together, you know?" Casey said seeing Thrud agree.
"Yeah, plus Monica was surprised, when she met you, but it's good that we're friends, maybe you'll go to my school." Thrud replied.
It was late night/early morning in the compound, and in Casey and Thruds's room, both female youngsters had made a blanket fort in the middle of the room, knowing the adults were too busy, so would not check on them so Casey and Thrud were having fun.
"We'll see, as having a lot of powers, school and I don't mix, we'll see." Casey replied rubbing her eyes with a paw, makimg Thrud guess, that it was time to sleep.
She and Casey lay down but out like lights, making Thor relieved, checking on them, because he and Rocket had heard a lot of noise from there.
"They must have been having fun together." Rocket told him.
"Yes, including a fort, but they'll tell us later." Thor replied.
Later that morning, both Casey and Thrud were awake, despite feeling a little groggy, which happened when staying up late, along with building a huge blanket fort that both female youngsters had slept in, heading to the kitchens, seeing Thor makimg breakfast.
"Ah you're up, that's good, because we were wondering, what you two were up to." he said makimg Monica see Casey and Thrud exchange a look at the table.
"Umm, Mr Odinson, Thrud and I were just playing, in our room along with building a blanket fort in our room." Casey said shyly, making Monica and Thor surprised by her being shy.
"Daddy, Casey's still getting used to things here, alright?" Thrud said.
"Okay, but it's intresting how different Casey is, compared to her uncle." Monica said while drinking juice making Casey quiet, feeling Thrud stroke her furry back which was making her feel better.
"Thanks, Thrud." she said softly.
"You're welcome." she replied.
