Hello, I hate to bother you but, I just recently downloaded the sims 3 again, and decided to fil north bend with your beautiful lots, which thankful saved me a lot of stress from trying to find some that fit the town perfectly. Your lots have been a complete life saver for my game and I truly appreciate the fact that you were willing to share them with everyone. I was wondering if you were willing to share your police station lot as well, because I couldn't find one that looked as good as yours for my town.

Many have asked for my police station but really don't like how it turned out. xd But since many people have asked, I can't help but to share it. I don't have north bend installed currently, but i managed to edit it in a another world.

What do you appreciate in a Sims 3 world?

My summer job in a clinical lab has become very tiring and I don't have the energy to play with sims. Building has now felt really good and it helps me relax after a work day.

I started building a save file for Anne Arbor made by My Sim Realty (which already has amazing save files made by them).

So I was wondering, what do other players appreciate in a world? I would like to make sure this save file would serve many different playing styles. Thanks in advance for your help and inspiration! <3

Hi! I love your cc! I recently discovered it and went on a download spree but I havent been able to get a single lot to show in the game :( Do you have any suggestions for that? I deleted caches, restarted my computer, and my mods are organized, its only yours that I cant see at all.

I'm sorry to hear that. :(

Only thing that comes to my mind is to make sure they are put in the right folder? (The sims 3 ->library) That folder should contain all of your saved lots.

If they dont show up then, I would try the games data folder. (The sims 3-> gamedata -> shared ->nonpackaged ->library) This folder contains lots from the EPs.

Let's hope that some wiser people see this and know how to give better instructions. :d

i just found out about @purplellama 's simblr, who did an amazing work building up the whole town of North Bend. I downloaded a lot of them for my own save file, and i love how they look. Here's my current family's first home. Maeve build it for herself, but had to do some renovations when Amani got pregnant with twins.

Time went on and soon Grace and Joy were teenagers. It was time to upgrade to a bigger home.

After many simoleons the family's new home was ready to be moved in!

hello! will you ever share your northbend save file? the buildings you’ve done are amazing!

Thank you so much for the kind compliment!💚I'm sorry to disappoint but I haven't thought about making a save file. My own North Bend save has many lots from other creators and I've filled it with sims with cc.

My idea was that people can pick n choose what lots they like from me and create their own saves. But I understand if that feels too time consuming.
