The sword made her nervous at first. But then he seemed to calm down. Violetstar snapped up the fish that were tossed to her. Purring in delight as she gobbled them up. Light green tongue running over her lips. 

The Night Fury mimicked a smile even for good measure. She liked this one very much. 

Staring as the dragon seemed to smile, Link chuckled softly. This was amusing. Walking to the river he grabbed his bow and arrow that was beside him on the floor with the shield, and let loose a few arrows to catch more fish. Cooking two for himself he continued with his meal as he sat down. It seemed the purple animal was harmless and simply wanted food. Still a bit wary of the creature he sat in a way he could keep his eyes on her. Make sure she didn’t suddenly decide to attack him.

Violetstar watched curiously as he caught more fish for himself. The dragon laid down close by. Ears perked up and listening intently. She rested her head on her front paws. This man was nice. 

She smiled. Or at least she tried to. Violetstar had picked up a few human behaviors, but had not quite mastered them.

She froze when he froze. Violetstar was watching intently until she caught the scent of fish. The dragon whined softly. She hadn’t eaten in a while. Her stomach growled. 

The purple dragon sat down with large eyes. Hoping. Maybe this man would be kind. And share some with her.

Looking around before seeing what appeared to be a purple dragon approaching him slowly. Reaching up as he backed away for the sword behind him he paused seeing the dragon plop down and stare at him. Unsure why they did that Link looked towards the fish then back at the creature. Grabbing what was left of his food he tossed it to her before grabbing the few raw ones he had and tossed it as well. She might have been hungry? He wasn’t sure, either way he could catch more fish.

Violetstar was curious yet wary of the young man. She had flown far. Very far. The new land she found herself in was strange. Very strange indeed. The Night Fury snuffled at him from where she was. Violetstar wanted to get close but was afraid he would attack her if she did.

Sitting before a fire pit near a river, Link was eating cooked fish as he stared ahead. Night was soon approaching as the sun set and he was happy to finally sit with a good meal. Freezing a moment when he heard something behind him the young man turned as he set his leaf plate of fish down. Was he being watched? Standing he looked around a moment.

She froze when he froze. Violetstar was watching intently until she caught the scent of fish. The dragon whined softly. She hadn’t eaten in a while. Her stomach growled. 

The purple dragon sat down with large eyes. Hoping. Maybe this man would be kind. And share some with her.

She was surprised when the human fought alongside her. This worked, she figured. Violetstar blasted several with her fire. Others she swept away with wings and tail. Green eyes tracked each of the monsters carefully. They had proven to be cunning. Cunning enough to exhaust her. She would not fall to them!

The Night Fury bellowed and unleashed a larger, stronger blast of fire. Incinerating the bunch of the creatures.

Jumping as the dragon who was fighting along side him suddenly blasted them with a large gush of fire. Backing away from the female he chuckled nervously. “Thats one way to get rid of them.. Lowering his hands as the keyblade vanished he kept the smile. “I’ll go now, I won’t bother you anymore than I already have.” Still she was gorgeous, he had never seen a dragon like her before.

Violetstar groaned and tried to come to him. She was still too tired to fly. The dragon tried to raise her wings only for them to drop back to her sides. At his smile, though...

She did her best to return the expression. It wasn’t perfect by any means. But it was close enough to be recognized as a smile.

She sat up when he began moving again. Violetstar then slowly stood up with a groan. She was about to come towards him when those shadowy creatures came again. 

The dragon turned with a snarl as she heard one coming from behind her. She arched her back aggressively and lashed her tail.

Jumping at the dragons sudden change in behavior, much more aggressive. Soras focus was on the dragon to really notice the heartless just yet. Turning a moment he soon did with a frown. “Oh..” Lowering his hands as a keyblade formed in hand he faced the heartless and lunged at them. Those pests went after any heart, human and creature alike.

She didn’t bare her teeth. Violetstar listened. His voice was low and soft. Meant to be soothing. The Night Fury remained wary however. Green eyes unblinking as she tracked his movements. Low rumbles and soft hisses rolled out of her. Snuffling and snorting. 

Satisfied he really wasn’t going to harm her, she relaxed her stance. Giving her head a shake. 

Keeping his distance, her noises still intimidated him since he wasn’t sure what it meant. How the girl would react and if she would attack at any moment in fear. Slowly creeping back with hands raised he sighed. “Not going to hurt you.. Just going to go.. Its okay..” He hoped the dragon wouldn’t lunge at him, she seemed agitated enough as it is. He just came in at a bad time.

The Night Fury was in a foul mood. Dark, shadowy creatures had driven her out of her normal territory. The purple dragon ruffled her wings in agitation. Violetstar had exhausted herself as well, flying as far as she did. Now she was moping on the ground. Walking sluggishly. 

The sound of footsteps made the wild dragon nervous. A growl rumbled in her chest. Violetstar was too weak to fly away. She would have to stand and fight if it came to it. She tensed, waiting to see what, or who, was coming.

Stopping at the growl, trying to get to the nearest town Sora soon noticed the purple dragon. Blinking he backed away slowly, hands raised to chest level not to alarm her. “Easy.. I won’t get in your way..” Speaking softly, something felt off. She was a dragon but wasn’t just lifting off the ground to fly, why was she grounded. Clearly agitated he didn’t want to do anything to have her attack him. “I’m just.. gonna go that way.. I won’t bother you.” Giving a small smile, part of him wanted to see what was wrong, the good natured side of him always wanting to help others. The other part didn’t want to get clawed by a dragon so he kept his distance.
