sorry to the almond, soy, and oat milks community but i am a cashew or coconut milk fan… they just taste the best and invoke the most joy. dairy milk and i have had a complicated relationship throughout my life because does this thing sometimes where it tastes horribly rancid and as an adult it’s like why would i gamble if i know that there’s something that tastes good every single time plus i’m trying to eat primarily plant based. i only enjoy dairy cheese or yogurt (but even yogurt i prefer coconut because it tastes better. i don’t like that there is maltodextrin and other starches in vegan cheeses and until i figure out a recipe without that i’m vegetarianing). i want to try hemp milk (for the sake of the what about the protein community + hemp seems like it would make a yummy milk).
