Good morning, good everything everyone. This post was made because I've seen very suspicious things from ModMad's end about the RGB/Mr Puzzles drama and I want to call her out of them!
1. GLITCH pro is usually very fast at answering. Just now they answered the South-Korea cinema drama in what... One-two days? When it comes to them, they're very fast. When the sticker drama happened, they contacted the person privately very quickly and found an agreement. The fact that they haven't answered ModMad yet seems very fishy to me! Either they have a good reason for it, or they just never got these emails she's talking about. And they certainly wouldn't ignore a cease and desist letter.
2. Blocking people... That's very immature, especially when the people she's blocking are just trying to make her see the truth! FM/Cube posted about the situation, he talked about Mr Puzzles' creation and how he's very original. ModMad seems to be convinced the Smg4 team stole her design when it's not true at all!!!
3. She hasn't targeted anyone else. There is a game with a tv head character that looks 2x more like RGB than Puzzles ever did. Why hasn't she said anything about this? Why Mr Puzzles and Smg4 in particular? Just because she was harassed? If you look closely, the harassment are always written the same, it was probably just one person making different accounts everytime.
4. The static color bar isn't hers but she acts like it is. Tv headed character are very generic most of the time, same concept, similar goals, similar outfit, etc... The static color bar isn't new, she's not the first and she definitely won't be the last one to use it as teeth. Having this type of idea with it really isn't that hard at all. It's extremely basic, a lot of tv headed character have something with these specific colors, would you call them copies of RGB?
5. In a legal sense, you can talk about what is happening with your lawyers. HOWEVER, it isn't that good of an idea, there are reasons why companies keep quiet when a cease and desist is sent. ModMad keeps talking about it everyday which.... Isn't really helpful??? You wanna take GLITCH to court, whatever, but don't talk about it everytime everyday dude. That's such a bad idea-
6. Acting like GLITCH is responsible for her mental health when they're not. On a lot of her posts, she talks about how bad she feels, you can vent if it makes you feel better sure but like... What did they even do to you?? They don't know her?? They're not the one who sent their fans to attack her?? They didn't threaten her, didn't say anything to her, didn't insult her, didn't steal the design like she thinks they did?? If something affects you THIS much, just take a step back damn it!! It's useless to put yourself in a situation where you feel bad all the time.
7. What does she even want to say to her?? She wants them to talk to her but like... For what?? They don't owe her anything? Does she want them to tell her she doesn't own the color combination? That tv heads aren't hers? To tell her to leave them alone because they have proofs they haven't stolen?? What's the goal behind this??
8. She seems like she's holding her comic hostage. Now I get she isn't in a mindset to draw her comic... But like- to me it just feels like she's holding it hostage until she gets what she wants from GLITCH/Smg4.
9. To who did she even send it?? It's not Zamination's problem because Mr Puzzles isn't their character in the first place! It's not GLITCH's problem because even if the CEO and co-ceo are the same people behind Smg4, GLITCH isn't going to answer about Smg4 anymore. And the Smg4 team doesn't even exist anymore, what does she want them to do anyway???
There I said my piece. The situation is stressful for everyone, for her too, but to be it just seems so fishy. There are so many elements that just don't click together and I just can't seem to understand why she's doing this when FM did a statement
