hi everyone! in late 2018 / early 2019, i ran a blog for making pride flags called âpwidefwags.â
so why am i posting again?
i googled neopronouns, and to my surprise, i found an article using my darker colored neopronoun lesbian flag pictured below
EDIT: back in 2021, this place had my opinions regarding this flag formerly being on the âlgbt fandom wiki,â and how i denounced it due to its support of bisexual lesbians. i no longer agree with what i said, nor do i believe âbisexual lesbiansâ are a problem. i apologize for my past words. post continues below.
while i have not associated with lgbt flag-making in years, nor do i have any intents to in the future, it made me happy that others could find joy in the flags i did make.
i was a very different person from who i was back then, so i admit some things on my old, archived posts do make me feel embarrassed. but what i did made people happy.
under the cut are some more flags iâve made, and a little extra information about this blog!
neopronoun gay flag
agender lesbian (two different versions)
trans nonbinary lesbian
cutesy lesbian
NEW flags
genderqueer lesbian
gendervoid lesbian
the other flags i made werenât as popular or well known.
âWhy did you delete?â
like i said, it was because of harassment. i pissed off fans of a nasty show and so they called me slurs in my inbox, as well as truscum getting mad at me, so i deleted.Â
âWhat do you mean youâve changed?â
one example of something iâm not very pleased with nowadays is my inclusion of âmogai dniâ on my posts. while i do not support the various infamous identities spawned from mogai, namely the harmful, homophobic, or transphobic ones, my mindset has changed. by painting the âmogaiâ label under a broad stroke, not only did it appear i was throwing people who were having harmless identities under the bus, but to an outsiderâs glance, i could be assumed to not support things like xenogenders. this is NOT, and has NEVER been true. iâve since learned from these days and have changed on a lot of what i used to get involved with.Â
...also some of the icons i used to do have some things morally i no longer would do.Â
âAre you associated with lgbtpn?â
when the original blog was made, i was. however, the owners are abusive, manipulative, and harmful to minors, and i was manipulated by the two of them for years as a teen myself. please see kathdaviscallout for more information on this.
âWhere are you now?â
not with the flag/icon side of tumblr, thatâs for sure, lol! i try to keep myself distanced from my old days except in certain situations, for the same reasons iâve always given: iâm not proud of the way i acted! of course, i was only 15 or so years old and was in an environment where my ways were encouraged, but still.
