i feel as though there is something tragic about three in general and especially with this scene
i've always thought that fifteen (pre-tpot debut), in a way, foreshadows three in later episodes of tpot
both are in isolated spots, can be stubborn when the other algebraliens come to see them, purposely shuns everyone out, and will choose violence to deal with conflict
however, with fifteen, she has been shown to be slightly more open than how she was in the specials (i know they're not canon but shh...) and doesn't seem to mind the zeros hanging out in her place
while the severity of both cases don't quite match, you gotta admit there are definitely some parallels between the two
in short, three, choosing to isolate herself from everyone else since the incident, being the accidental cause of fifteen's, who used to be in the same boat as her but has slowly become more open, death is kind of melancholy... 😇

id say hes kind of your stereotypical cool older sibling whod let you try out one of his risky tricks or anything remotely life threatening that your parents generally wouldnt want you to do
like ive said i havent been in the fandom for quite some time so i have no idea what other bunnydoll fankids there are who are in their adult years like mine
but if mines the only eldest one then hes got a lot of babysitting to do thats all i will say X-)

this particular MSPFA has a fair share of romance, whether it is from the main kids, their guardians or the lusii. some of them are more in-your-face obvious, while others are just hinted at.
for example, we have the not-so subtle pairings: Jaspers Lalonde & Quinn Egbert, Cal Strider's crush on Becquerel Harley, and his crush on gorgonsTemptation.
next is the lesser known ones (as in nobody talks about them) but still shown some hints at: Isadora Egbert & Hal Harley, Aurthour Zahhak & Wyvern Pyrope, Cyprus Nitram & Polyce Captor, Ocerus Ampora's flush-crush on Quinn Egbert.
and then there is the dubious ones (as in canonicity): Becquerel Harley's crush on Jaspers Lalonde.
but what about the pairings that are less obvious and more obscure in writing, the ones where, quite literally, rarely anyone talks about, and that said coupling would be: Falkor Makara & Ocerus Ampora.
in this jumbled rant, i will be discussing about their FRIENDSHIP and why i think Ocerus is PITCH for Falkor, not Gl'bgolyb.
( I'm putting all my pre-existing English knowledge to the test for the fact that I'm gonna have an English mock test soon. This is to see if my TASK ACHIEVEMENT, COHERENCE AND COHESION, LEXICAL RESOURCE AND GRAMMATICAL RANGE AND ACCURACY is really worth its hype /joke )
Falkor Makara is first mentioned on page 206, where Quinn Egbert asks whether he is still interested in roleplaying and discloses the fact that the two used to be very close friends, so close that it seemed very unlikely for the two to even decide not to be friends anymore. Ocerus Ampora says he ceased communication with Falkor for 'personal reasons' and he is simply looking after himself. safe to assume that their falling-out was pretty bad.
BF: though it makes me so sad to hear that, not only about your character but about cd!!!! he's the last person i would've thought you'd have a falling out with.
irrelavent information but Quinn and Ocerus have known each other for, at least, a year or two. on page 262, Quinn's mom has a picture of her daughter from two years ago, to which Quinn adds is also when she did not know any of her friends. in turn, Ocerus and Falkor may or may not know each other for more than one human year before meeting her.
when the thought of Falkor having friends is taken into question, the very first person Falkor brought up is Ocerus Ampora. moreover, their friendship is revealed to be a lot deeper, at least that is what Falkor is claiming, even after being informed Ocerus does not see him as a friend anymore.

he quickly dismisses it, saying that his relationship with Ocerus has more dynamic than Ocerus' with Aurthour. his stubborness also plays into the fact that he is a Bard of Mind, which i sadly can not analyze much due to my broad knowledge on the subject. although considering Falkor refers to Ocerus with nicknames like 'SEAHORSE', sea 'CAPTAIN' and saying they're 'BROCEANS', his claim about their close friendship does seem to hold some merits.
later on, when Ocerus and Gl'bgolyb arrives in his room, Falkor shows some tinge of bitterness towards Ocerus, before presumably having Gamzee attack him, to which Gl'bgolyb intervenes.
now here is when the quadrant section comes in. on page 432, after his friend saves him, the camera pans to Ocerus, who has spades in his eyes, implying he is pitch for someone. considering it was Gl'bgolyb who came into action and the fact that Ocerus seems to be looking at her, it is a pretty open-and-shut case that Ocerus has pitch feelings for her. In my first read of Guidestuck, i also assumed that was the case. Even the team that is officially continuing the webcomic confirms it is the intended quadrant, but after re-reading the webcomic and scrolling through scarvenrot's tumblr, i highly disagree.
firstly, they are literally an Ampora/Peixes duo. i am gonna be super biased here, but i doubt they were intended to be hit with the pitch route. scarvenrot refered them as 'undersea sweethearts', implying they most likely have a pretty positive relationship. of course, whatever the hell scarvenrot post should not always be taken as canon, they said it themselves, but that does not mean some of their posts should be disregarded either. they literally gave insight into Hal Harley and his brand 'Sweet Puppy'. not only that, they even posted never-before-seen sprites that are basically considered canon, since they are supposed to be references for other people to use.
scarvenrot does post canon pairings, they just toy with the idea. for example, they posted a 3 sweep old Aurthour and Wyvern, who are both shown to be flushed for each other in canon, and Cyprus and Polyce, who kissed in one panel with the flush symbols. therefore, you are not gonna ruin it for me when i stumble across a post where Falkor is holding onto Ocerus on scarvenrot's tumblr, while on mspabooru, that exact post is tagged with blackrom.
which brings me to my second point, how would Ocerus and Gl'bgolyb even work pitch-wise. kismesissitude is associated with hate, and i do not think any of them even detest one another in the slightest. while yes, just cause they are kismeses does not mean they do not care for each other's wellbeing. however, throughout the webcomic, there is no hint to their hatred with each other at all. compared to Aurthour and Wyvern's relationship, at least it is shown when Stheno Serket threatens to hurt Wyvern and eat her heart, emphasize on the heart that may imply their flush relationship, to which he begs her not to.

there is no tension between the sea-dwellers that leads me to believe they are in a blackrom at all. in contrast to them is Ocerus and Falkor, a relationship that does have an established hate towards one another.
the whole idea of kismesisstude thrives on pushing oneself to be better through the other kismesis.
a kismesis does not support or help- they torment and taunt their kismesis into rising to the challenge. This relationship thrives off of the challenge of trying to defeat this person that is eternally an equal.(!)
with these two, they already have that foundation, they need the other one to be the initiator. Falkor literally had his troll attack Ocerus, what is there not to hate after that. he is obviously not in the right emotional state, that is why i think Ocerus might be able to help him see light of the things he does not want to accept, due to the fact that they used to be best friends and he possibly still cares about him. sure, it is at least confirmed that Ocerus thinks negatively of Falkor, but... peak blackrom potential... you can not take that away from me... whatever it is, my messy wording is likely not doing it justice in proving the point at all.
a little off-topic, but i would like to dive into the two's lands for a little bit.
Falkor: Land of Fissure and Memory (LOFAM)
fissure means a 'long, narrow opening or line of breakage made by cracking or splitting, especially in rock or Earth'. it is very likely associated with Mind, possibly implying his aspect has already been destroyed in some way.
memory could refer to his damaged relationship with the violet lusus or other relations.
Ocerus: Land of Tide and Iron (LOTAI)
tide is likely a reference to Void.
his amputee is likely made from iron. this could also be about his personality and denial of feelings...? (this one is also a slippery slope)
"howw much do you lovve vviolet bloods?" howw about TOO much, do you knoww howw many times i havve freaked out wwhenevver there is a vviolet blood on screen, my heart wwould skip so many beats as my eyes wwidened in shock from howw much my lovve for them contains that it might just explode right then and there, it is quite the deadly -_-
