It’s rosekiller and they actually have a happy ending I promise. It’s explicit too, there are several triggering themes like displays of heavy depression, smut and minor character death

Summary:

“You wanna turn a cat green?” Barty asked as he lounged on the bed.

Evan grinned and looked over, raising an eyebrow. “Sure, what’s the worst that could happen?”

Turns out, a lot can happen. When Barty leaves for break and comes back completely shattered, all Evan can do is try to piece him back together the best he can. But what feels like an easy fix turns out to be like putting pottery together with glitter glue; it’s messy and never quite fits right again.
