oceans! water! rivers! each time i go biking, i pass this bridge that overlooks a river and the whirlpools, waves and wind remind me of you. i always want to send you a snapchat of it, but i’m so shy about snapping people, agjsdjg. polaroid cameras, beaches. the summer sun and a sun hat. soft yellows. the beatles. there’s this children’s show and we have toys of it at work, bug beat band? they sing beatles songs. wildest shit. thought of you when i saw it. vintage anime with soft, pastel colors. anything that’s a little dreamy, like clouded skies, a murky ocean or dawn. flower crowns.

abstract associations, you’ve got this really youthful, fun exuberance and i feel like you’re summer personified. warm, summer days lazing about in the heat of the sun and cool summer nights spent laughing with a friend. you’re so full of life, so i associate you with a lot of warmth!

can i get abstract with this? because i associate you with a quiet sort of strength that i can’t help but respect. and the image of a writer, writing through the night to the sound of the pouring rain just outside their window.
