Today’s run was brutal. It was 1-minute walks and 7-minutes runs, three times in a row. Last run was 3+7 and I did not make that, but today I pushed myself. It shows in Garmin when I look at my different pulse zones. A total of 45% was in zone 5. I was also told that I was over training today and needs 70 hours of restitution before my next activity.
