"Hook is also a main character that never faced the consequences of his actions." ...Wat? He literally died! He was tortured! He had to fight like hell to be accepted by Emma's family. For a while he had nobody. He had to earn his place in Emma's life and her family's life, he wasn't just automatically given it because he abused Emma's son for years so she felt she had to keep him in his life! Killian had to prove himself first.
