Sweet Onion Dressing: 2 fresh garlic cloves, pressed 1 small sweet onion, chopped 4 Tbsps extra virgin olive oil, divided ¼ cup apple cider vinegar ½ a fresh lemon, juiced sea salt and freshly ground pepper

Start in high plank, with your palms flat on the floor, hands shoulder-width apart, shoulders stacked above your wrists, legs extended, and core engaged. This is the starting position. Keeping your core tight, draw your right knee to your chest. Return to the starting position and immediately draw your left knee to your chest. Return your left leg to the starting position. That’s 1 rep. Continue to alternate. The quicker you move your legs, the more of a cardio challenge this will become. Make sure to keep your core engaged and back flat throughout. If you have to slow down to maintain form, that’s fine.

½ avocado, peeled and pitted ½ c cucumber, diced 2 c spinach 6 oz full fat coconut milk 6 oz almond milk, unsweetened 1 tsp. matcha powder ½ of a lime, juiced ½ scoop Dherbs CocoHemp protein powder (optional) ½ tsp. chia seeds to garnish
Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until you get a smooth consistency. Enjoy this as a filling breakfast.
