Tonight's cheese- Saint-andre
This evening I am enjoying a tasty snack of Saint-andre, a triple creme from the Normandy region of France, with sliced baguette and thin pieces of hard salami. The taste and texture are so great that I don't even care that the fat content is high enough that I could just sit here eating a stick of butter and probably end up with better cholesterol levels.Creamy, tangy, melt in your mouth, cheesy goodness.
