Update regarding my shop ! Last time I couldn't send my standees to the US due to some shipping issues. To counter this issues I decided to shrink my standees to be mini standees ( 8cm tall ) this way I can ship them + They'll be a bit cheaper :} Additionally I fixed the issues with Cove's standee that had a lot of small particles that could easily break. i know that you're often busy, so its completely understandable if you don't have the time to read or respond to this.

but the fandom, especially on twitter, have been doing extremely racist and fatphobic acts (ignoring qiu's chinese identity and drawing them with pale skin, or drawing tamarack skinny).

while these actions can be mistakes, the way they act when they're being informed that they're drawing the characters wrong just shows that they don't want to improve. the OLNF fandom on twt are insulting those who tell them that they should do better

they're using your game to justify it too, saying that the game tells you to be kind to everyone, when it's really just an oversimplification done to villainize POC and plus-sized people for speaking out.

it would mean a lot if you could make a statement about this, because it is getting tiring to see so many people being cruel to minorities (even if some of those people are minorities themselves who are not getting rid of their biases). it happened three times this week and i feel as if a statement about how you feel would help a lot in driving those people away from the fandom.

We make an effort to not share or highlight fan art that depicts our characters as smaller or whiter. For artists reading this who may disagree – respecting GB's wishes means drawing these characters accurately.

something about Tamarack having to help her grandparents because they are too old to take care of everything

something about Tamarack being fully equiped and knowing how to treat wounds at the tender age of 10 years old (the game itself even comments that not even grown ups are as prepared as her)

something about Tamarack being so ready with everything she even has lots of food in her bag most likely every time (once again something actually commented on in-game)

#hopefully later in her life she'll process the early stuff #playing through ol2 is very cathartic for me specifically because it lets me imagine a world where i understood the stuff i'd been through #at a young age #not to traumadump in a strangers tags but here i am. i didn't start naming my experiences as abuse until i was about 15 #specifically because it was academic abuse and the classrooms it happened in were part of the same school i remained in for the next 8 year #playing through step 1 and being distrustful of mrs murray is weirdly healing to me #because for me to have acted like that at aged 10 #it would have meant that at 10 years old both i and my family all would've properly understood how bad it was #instead of my parents not finding out how truly bad it got until i was like 16 #that was a tangent. um #what i'm trying to say is that with the stuff i went through at a similar age #i didn't really start recognising the impact it had on my psyche until i got old enough to start going #“when i was younger i thought i'd be barely hanging on and i couldn't truly conceptualise a future where i was happy and content”#so hopefully tammy will do smth similar #again i'm sorry for sharing all this on ur post stranger /gen

On another note, should I open asks so people can send me their MC’s to doodle… maybe just step 1 MC’s for now.

I think it would be a fun way to get to know other people’s mc’s because I’m not active otherwise. I’m hoping to start being more active in my fandoms and communities, maybe.
