Productivity comes when you are rested and ready. If you are unproductive then something in you was not ready to be productive. If you push productivity you risk mistakes from not being ready. Prepare your body to be productive with lots of good rest and whatever else you need to recharge (note: Rest does not need to be sleep, rest can be staring at the ceiling for 5 hours, reading a book, playing a videogame, whatever you need to relax and recharge). Some people take longer to recharge than others, no shame in that. Be Productive when you are ready to be productive.Ā
