life update:

was super sick last week and couldn’t exercise :(

now I feel like I have to start all over again and lost all the progress from half a year of consistent training

been eating so much trash recently and cycling back and forth between not eating anything at all for hours and then just eating random junk

food log of the day:

had an apple for breakfast ~80cals

wasn‘t really hungry so I snacked on these really dry whatever thingies, one of my guy friends randomly dropped at my place yesterday ~300cals (?)

then had this really disgusting looking but tasty lentil kale soup for dinner ~ 400cals

no exersice bcs body still weak af from having fever for the past 6 days or so

total: ~780cals ✨

(which is a lot less than I normally eat recently so I am super proud! - yayyy no appetite!)
