The fish told Gon about the man before he heard him; smelled him. The boy perked up and observed the stranger. Everything about him seemed wild and natural. The young Hunter’s mouth opened and an impressed sigh escaped.
He was going to fish bear-style. AWESOME. Surely he was aware of Gon, but didn’t seem to have a problem with him. Gon’s scent must have definetly reached the other who stood down wind. For the fisher to still approach demonstrated an understanding. Gon would honor it and remain as he was. He liked the man. Maybe he would follow him later. See where he lives, or if maybe he is a Kiriko.
ʕ •ᴥ•ʔ He knew that there was certainly someone there, but since they weren’t posing a threat to him right now, Senri found no point to attack, but he would be ready if they tried anything. He was always on guard. A clawed hand was revealed as the taller male rolled up his sleeve, and he waited.
And waited, for a moment more.
Until-- !!
He raised that said clawed hand, winning just what he needed, not one, but two fish stuck on those claws. This wasn’t the first time he’s fished, so it was fairly easy. That was when he had started to move out of the water, the liquid dripping off of him as he shook himself off, and began to collect sticks for a fire.
