Kjære SKAM 3 months and 30 days later.
Dear SKAM, again :)
And not only SKAM, but all of 204 followers! Thank you! Not sure if someone will read this, if not, this is for me!
Hello, after 3 months and 30 days since i wrote Kjære SKAM. And 4 months and 12 days. I have ‘’O Helga Natt” by Nils Bech on, I throught that was good idea. It’s not. :) Am I crying ? Possibly :)
The other day I was thinking about SKAM and Even and Isak. Why? I don't really know, but what made me sad, is when one girl told everyone she really loved s3 of SKAM, she got hate. For being supportive for LGBTQ+, and it honestly hit me so hard. I REALLY don't like seeing hate towards gay, black, muslim, people OR EVEN WOMAN. What is happening to our world?
Honestly, I’d much more rather to be close friends with someone who is a black girl, who is gay. I think its totally okay to be this way. Or even, asian trans boy who is asexual. I don't care what your sexuality, race, religion is. But if you are disrespectful to people who have another race/sexuality/religion than you, I do not want you to be close to me. Not even this is disrespectful, but it is disgusting. People are born with what they are. I am pansexual, but i live in homophobic place. Do i want to be here? No, i don't have a choice. And to all of you ,who are getting hate, It gets better, sooner or later, but it gets better. You are accepted, you are valid, be you.
Ily, and if you need to talk, i’m always here.
Kjære SKAM.
Dear SKAM.
Let’s rewind to 22th September, 2015. 14:32. First EVER episode is released. Story is about this beautiful girl, who taught us about our identity, that we are nothing but we. This girl is strong, went through heartbreak teaching us not to give up. And this girl is Eva. SKAM was this small show, and the first episode got 33 comments and 2233 likes.
More and more people started to watch it and NRK released second season. On Friday, 11th December, 2015, 20:30 we got our second season trailer. This time, story was about beautiful girl, who taught us about feminism, that girls can be as powerful as boys are. She told us that we should be true to ourselves. We can change world by changing us. This girl is Noora. SKAM got bigger, it went to other countries and people loved it.
29th June of 2016, 11:30. Season 3 This time story is about a boy, boy, who changed my and others life. And im so, so thanksful. He learned us not to give up, not to be homophobic. To discover ourselves. To support LGBTQ+, to love whoever we want to. It thought us who are our friends and who will support us even if we have mental illness, and not to let others control us and our dreams. This amaring boy is Isak. He is my hero. And this was the time when I discovered SKAM, Thank you. And by that time the very first S3 episode got much more love- 1600 comments and 26862 hearts.
And, sadly, the last episode came out on 7th April ,2017, 12:00
It got 621 comments and 34277 hearts. SKAM is so, so big. And i am happy
The story is about this amazing muslim girl, she is brave and beautiful. She taught us that we have to stand up for our culture and traditions. That we have to stand up for our friends and family. That we cannot let someone ruin our day. That no metter what, there is always someone who you can speak to. That friends will never let you down, even if you actually ruined everything. That in world there are bad people. That by helping others we help ourselves. That girls are powerful. That there is other side of the story. That girl is Sana. She is my hero.
And lastly, Dear SKAM, Dear Julie Andem, thank you, truly, from the bottom of my heart, thank you. You have inspired me. You helped me get through good and bad times and I can’t thank you enough for helping me find my true self. I’m really happy and proud that I am who I truly am. That show teached me these things. That it showed me how valuable I am, how people care about me. How I need to find right people, and because of SKAM, I did, and I am happy. Thank you. I am thanksful for all these things. Lastly, thank you, you deserve more than this.
And, goodbye SKAM, this is actually so hard to say, but, goodbye.
and from this tumblr it’s a goodbye too. This is written in history. I mean, i probably will come in here and repost some stuff, but this post is my last one.
goodbye and thank you.
thank you jonas, for teaching us to always accept and never judge people for who they are.
thank you vilde, for teaching us that what you see on the surface is not all that’s there.
thank you chris, for teaching us that sometimes a friend just needs to be supported and cheered up, and sometimes that’s the best you can do.
thank you even, for teaching us that mental illness doesn’t define you or determine the type of person you are.
thank you magnus, for teaching us that the only way to learn and to destroy ignorance is to simply ask questions.
thank you mahdi, for teaching us that kindness and loyalty towards your friends is the most important thing.
thank you elias, for teaching us what it means to be a supportive brother.
thank you yousef, for teaching us that you can respect another’s beliefs even if they don’t match up with your own, and that those beliefs don’t have to divide us.
thank you sonja, for teaching us that being mature and looking out for the best interest of someone you care about is better than being angry and bitter.
thank you eskild, for teaching us that you have to be 100% proud of who you are and you wear that pride on your sleeve for everyone to see.
thank you linn, for teaching us that depression does not keep others from loving you for the beautiful person you are.
thank you adam, mutta, and mikael, for teaching us that the best you can do is just be there for people and try your best to brighten their days.
thank you eva, for teaching us that no one’s opinion of you matters but your own. that you get to define yourself, and others don’t. that it’s okay to not know who you are. that it is never too late to make amends. that you have to pick your own path.
thank you noora, for teaching us that you have to be kind to everyone. that sticking up for your friends is one of the most important things. that people should not be judged based of off their past. that we all have to stick together to get through life.
thank you isak, for teaching us that you can never truly be free until you’ve accepted who you are. that once you stop being fake and start being real, that’s when you can start to be happy. that we have to live in the moment, and take one minute at a time, because we don’t know what will happen in the future, all we know is that we are alive right now, and that’s all that matters.
thank you sana, for teaching us that religion is a beautiful thing and not a form of oppression for those who practice it. that living in a world that doesn’t accept you, that judges you for what they see on the outside, and still managing to be kind and be yourself takes so much strength. that hate comes from fear. that the joy of others brings so much joy to you. that it’s okay to be a loser, as long as you love yourself for it.
thank you skam. thank you for everything you’ve taught us and done for us. thank you julie. thank you to the cast. thank you to the nrk. thank you to norway. thank to the entire skam community we have here on the internet. Thank You So Much.
tusen takk ❤️ ha det skam alt er love

Eva: But hey Sana
Sana: hey
Eva: Isn’t there any way that we could persuade you (to stay on the bus)?
Sana: no
Chris: Now I know what this is about
Chris: You’re just kidding with us. Classic Sana. Amarite?
Vilde: Either way so isn’t being a russ only all about the cone*
Noora: Only? I would say that being a russ has nada to do with the cone
Chris: A little bit maybe?
Eva: It’s the last party for us all 5, after 13 years of schoolstress**
Chris: HEHEH schoolstress
Chris: Sonic, you have to take part!!!
Eva: It won’t be the same without you 😭😭
