It’s been a while!!!

Hi, everyone! I’m sure some of you don’t remember, and probably are wondering how I ended up on your feed. Well, I’m Ashley! I was using Tumblr to post my Sims 4 legacy challenge, ‘The Rosenguards’. I actually ended up to half-way in the 2nd Generation before my life got quite hectic. I ended up leaving my Fiancé at the time (made a post about it too and it was my last one till now) , moved back in with my parents and was trying to sort my life out.

I actually ended up in another relationship a few months later, to cut down a really long story, ended up pregnant and left that relationship due to him becoming abusive, manipulative, and I found out later, was on drugs. 

So, I’m a single mom on my own and recently decided to get back into Tumblr! Why? Well, I rather enjoyed posting my legacy and working on it. It was a fun way to interact with other simmers. 

I still ended up playing my Legacy file this whole time and have made it to the 6th Gen. almost. And It’s exciting, however … I’ve lost all my screenshots! I had 14,000 Screenshots sitting in my screenie folder, and it’d take forever to load. So, I ended up moving them to another folder, and I don’t know what happened. I can’t find them, I’ve searched my computer for a solid month before coming to terms that they’re gone >:(! Some of you are like, “wtf 14k?!” Well, I never deleted any of my screenies and always took multiple, and all the way from Gen. 1 - Gen 5 was a lot of screenies. t.t !

But, anyways, I do want to carry on my Legacy, So, I’m thinking of making a post including all the heirs, their children and show off how huge the Rosenguard family is and explaining the ‘plot’ per Generation. There is currently 67 sims alive in the Rosenguard family. 1 Sim has unfortunately perished in the family though, totalling 68 Sims!

I really do love my Legacy! I also love how they’re all vampires! Yes, my Legacy is strict vampires only! You marry in, you gotta be a vampire! The lady that started it all, Heather, actually was not a vampire to start, which does make me laugh sometimes. Was not planning on it, but I adore it!

Anyways, enough rambling!!! I hope to reconnect with some of you and I do hope you folks enjoy my posts coming in the future! :) Thanks for reading, and sorry it’s long!

Taking Screenshots for my Legacy and I catch Caleb, making this face as he’s holding a beer. He’s by himself and no one is talking to him. He really must enjoy his beer lol!

They were talking about student council and Raven suggested a selfie for the year book page. Adam seemed hesitant at first, but surprisingly decided to go along with it. When they stood next to each other, Raven could smell his cologne and she couldn’t help but want to take a deep breath. He smelled nice...

It had been at least an hour and a half since they started researching -- and Raven’s brain was begging for a break. So much information. She noticed Adam get up from the computer and sit in the chair across from her. He didn’t say anything so she just kept reading her book....

But he kept looking at her...

Raven: “Uhm, can I help you?”

Adam cleared his throat. Raven raised an eyebrow. This was not typical Adam behavior. Something was up.

Adam: “I was wondering if you wanted something to drink? I don’t know about you, but my eyes need a break from the screen. What about you?”

Raven smiled. He was a dick ninety-nine percent of the time, but now he was being kind. It was refreshing, but she was sure he’d go back to being a dick. She decided to enjoy it.

Raven: “Sure. I’ll take a glass of water, if that’s alight.”

Raven and Adam were going to go to the Public Library to research something -- but they found out that it was closed. Apparently, someone thought it’d be funny to spray paint the bookshelves. Adam tried to argue his way in, but Raven was able to drag him away. Adam grumbled and said they could go to his house -- but he wasn’t happy to let some ‘damn vampire’ into his house. Raven let his comments slide off her and went to his house...

She wasn’t sure what to do other than read the multiple books he had laying round. It certainly didn’t surprise her that he all these books relate to student council. He was so very stern and serious about the student council. She admired his dedication but man, his personality blew...

After testing out the flotation device and learning a few things, Wolf and Farren got dressed and were sitting nearby talking...

Wolf: “Thanks for helping me test that, Farren. Really helped me out. I can’t wait to actually work as a Scientist one day.”

Farren sighed and raised her hand up.

Farren: “Just make sure to not forget about me, Wolf. I always am testing your stuff for you -- for free too!”

Wolf: “H-hey, I-”

Farren laughed and smiled.

Farren: “I’m just joking, Wolf. You’re welcome and I’d love to help you test anything else out for you. It’s what friends do.”

Wolf and Farren were out back, sitting at the edge of the pool. Farren couldn’t bring herself to look at Wolf -- Him being shirtless was making her heart race and she felt her face on fire...

Wolf: “Everything alright? You don’t seem good...”

Farren: “E-everything’s fine! Just ... not the strongest swimmer!”

Wolf started to laugh.

Wolf: “Alright! That makes you the best test subject for this then! Let’s get to testing this flotation device!

Wolf was bored -- It was Sunday and he was just laying around the house not doing much. He could have went with Raven to help Adam with something for student council. But he knew it’d just be so unbearable for Adam to deal with ‘the damn vampire twins’. So, he decided to text Farren and before he knew it, she was at his house. Of course, he texted her with an idea in mind..

Farren: “Help you test something? Like what? And I did bring my swimsuit...”

Wolf: “Great, take this.”

Wolf handed Farren a handheld device and she just looked at it. She gave wolf a questioning glance and he just smirked.

Farren: “Uh, what am I supposed to test?”

Wolf: “It’s supposed to be a flotation device of some-sorts. Got inspired watching a T.V. show. We’re gonna go test it in the pool. So let’s go get changed.”

Nobuya wasn’t sure why he was here or what he was doing -- but man, he just wanted to see Amelia again. After the clean up was done in the park, Adam whisked his sister away, saying that they had to get home to do something. Nobuya really loved seeing Amelia and was bummed he didn’t get to talk to her much. Her brother was overprotective, mean and cocky -- while she was the total opposite.

He didn’t understand how twins could be so different...

Amelia: “Nobuya? What are you doing here?”

Nobuya froze up a bit, but quickly smiled.

Nobuya: “I, uh, was just wanting to say if you guys ever need another volunteer for something, I wouldn’t mind. I don’t do much...”

Amelia smiled warmly, making Nobuya’s heart flutter. 

Amelia: “Really? That’d be a great help for us in the future! Do you mind if I have your phone number? So I can contact you?”

Nobuya’s stomach turned and his heart almost stopped...

Nobuya: “O-of course!“

Nobuya and Amelia exchanged their phones numbers and He couldn’t help but smile. Now he could talk to Amelia without Adam knowing... hopefully.

A few hours later...

Nobuya: “Thank God that’s over with... Adam wouldn’t stop watching every little move I did...”

Wolf grinned at Raven. 

Wolf: “Did he do anything to you?”

Raven extended her arms and had a curious gaze on her face.

Raven: “He kept this far away from me and really only said anything when it was to yell at Nobuya.”

Wolf: “Huh...Surprised he didn’t say anything about you being a ‘dirty vampire’.”

Raven: “Same.”

Wolf: “We’re going to start-“

Farren: “Alright! Let’s go!!”

Farren ran off ahead of the group, enthusiastic about cleaning the park up. Wolf’s smile deflated a bit.

Wolf: “I didn’t even get to finish what I was saying...”

Amelia: “She sure is, uh , energetic...”

Mable *Laughing* : “She’s like a dog who can’t stop wagging it’s tail to be honest..”

Wolf and Raven split everyone up into two different groups -- Wolf, Farren, Mable and Amelia were a group while Raven, Adam and Nobuya were another group. Adam deliberately put Nobuya in his group after Wolf tried to put Amelia and Nobuya in a group together. Of course, with Adam being the president, there wasn’t much Wolf could do, so he went along with it.

Raven was also begging to be in a group away from Adam, but he said he didn’t want the “two vamps doing something illegal” and “ruining the school’s reputation”. Wolf had to hold his sister back from attacking Adam.

His group was on the further side of the park...

Wolf: “Alright, we’re gonna sweep the area and look for any trash that’s been left behind. Then we’re gonna spruce up the nearby garden. We’ll meet up with the rest of our team after that.”

Mable invited Wolf over to sit with her and Farren. They started talking and Wolf started cracking his jokes. Farren was feeling a little jealous over all the attention Mable was getting..

‘Sweet Beginnings’ Tag

The Beginning:

A Screenshot from 10/25/17. Not one of my first posts, however, it’s one of the screenshots that showed off the hilarity that I have happen in my game. In Generation One, at Amethyst’s birthday party, Caleb was abducted by aliens.

The Present:

One of the newest screenshots I’ve taken are from Generation Three. Working on my editing and whatnot. It has *SPOILER* Dante and Darcy Rosenguard, Wolf and Farren’s twins, sitting together on a bench. Dante is crying while Darcy is looking at him. *SPOILER END*

I really think I’ve come along great with my screenshot taking and editing skills. Can’t wait to sit down and write out what’s been going on with the Rosenguards and , hopefully, get you all caught up to where I’m at in my game! <3

About Saturday...

So, work was having a scheduling issue. Some guy I work with was supposed to work 10:30 - 7:30 on Saturday. Suddenly, he had something “come up” he says and my work was scrambling on figuring out what to do. When I came in for my shift today, they were talking about it, saying that a manager would probably have to stay later.

We have a HUGE order of chicken (175 Thighs) to be done and this guy wants to leave before it’s done. My boss and manager said they should be able to handle that, however after that they’d be short one person to close.

So, I offered and picked up a small shift so the Deli Manager wouldn’t have to work about a 14 hour shift. I’ll be working 3:00pm - 7:30pm. SO, I’ll try to get some posts queued up and done for the day. I really am thinking about getting into editing my screenshots more seriously. I never edit my screenies unless I use them as my Profile Icon or Banner.

I wanna step up my ‘game’ and make my legacy a lot more beautiful. I already own software to edit photos so I just need to use it and stop letting it waste away, I guess.

Sorry if this upset anyone, but I love my job so very much and If I can help them out, I always try too. I have one of the  best bosses in the world and the managers are awesome too.
