It's so ironic that the ppl who made that allegations post had intentions to ruin Vinny's life and yet Vinny's mental state is thriving more than ever. They literally made his life unintentionally better. He's actually enjoying his life now. Going out for walks. Filming and feeding ducks. He's at peace. He's feeling good. They set up a new era of growth for him. So, I don't necessarily see this happening as bad anymore. Maybe it needed to happen for Vinny to finally improve his mental health and live his life the way he wants.

The HPV claim is bullshit and here’s why:

Well, besides the fact that it’s nearly impossible to spot in a male. I can’t believe it took me this long to remember this shit: I got the HPV vaccine in high school. It came out in 2006 when Vinny would’ve been 15/16. The vaccine is free for any woman who’s under 18, insured or not. The vaccine is recommended to women, especially in middle school and high school.

If Vinny really did give her HPV a few years ago, that’s kind of on her. Either that or her doctor is shit for not recommending it to her and she avoided every fucking advertisement for the vaccine that was (and still is) available.

(I dunno if it’s usually recommended for boys, but the HPV shot was never brought up to my brother or husband so I’m going to guess that it’s not? At leasat not back then.)

At best the doc maker made a terrible lie that should’ve been easier to detect if my memory wasn’t such shit. At worst the doc maker is an anti-vaxxer (and/or has anti-vax parents) and she blamed somebody for giving her a preventable disease.

She probably chose HPV because it’s temporary so it wouldn’t seem suspicious if she got a negative test today.

My god if he took her to court for that claim I hope the judge at least got a laugh out of it. “So ignoring the fact that you don’t have any records of you ever having HPV, you refused the free vaccine and still had unprotected sex with a man who you barely know?”

Vinesauce update: Stalker

So the doc maker really does seem to be Vinny’s stalker. One of Vin’s friends argued with their main Twitter account until Vinny said “lawyer” and then privated their account. Their argument was basically the stalker trying to gaslight the friend’s age, and once the stalker slipped up the friend knew exactly who they were.

They’ve been doing this shit for seven years as far as that friend knows. They started talking seven years ago because the stalker wanted to get close to Vinny. The stalker was trying to say that the friend was 14 when the friend was actually 20. I can’t remember the friend’s exact relationship with Vinny but they still seem to be mutuals at the very least.

A few years ago Vinny opened up a file for a Sunday stream that was just the worst ear piercing sound in the world. And then he opened up something that turned out to be Tron Bonne hentai in hopes of getting his stream permanently banned.

Well, this Twitter account popped up today dedicated to “Vinny died LOL” posts. At first I wanted to get them banned but I’m not sure if lawyers can look at banned content, so I’m not going to try. (Though people were able to get the main account’s tweets with this friend with Archive.ph so if they do get banned that might just happen again.)

This person is sick. They’ve been trying to ruin him for seven years because he doesn’t stick his dick in crazy. If you see anything popping up like “Vinny is dead he killed himself lol!” just block and ignore and the lawyer will be able to see it.

They were only able to get this far because they got some people who has a grudge against Vinny and some of their e-famous friends to be on their side.

Hopefully a fucking lawsuit will make them stop. They might have to be monitored every time they’re online and depending on where they live they might just have to be under house arrest. I don’t know enough about the law to know for sure but enough is e-fucking-nough.

Edit: /v/ hates the stalker so that’s probably why /v/ was being blamed early on.

I think the pro-Vinny side has to come to terms with the fact that this dude fucks, and maybe speaks differently in personal emails than he does on stream. Maybe even says “bob” and “creeperino” in personal emails. He is a human person, not a demigod. The person you see on stream can be a very different person in other contexts.

With that out of the way, even if the accusations are true (because as shocking as it may be if you’ve got some sort of pristine image of him, it’s pretty clear now that he fucks and doesn’t have the cleanest personal life), Vinny didn’t actually do anything illegal or immoral aside from talking gossip behind people’s backs and ghosting people. Consent was respected constantly otherwise.

There is no power dynamic being exploited, there were no promises of fame, money, security, nor other favors, there were no threats or coercion of any sort. One person caught an STD, and that sucks, but it’s unlikely that this was knowingly transmitted as HPV is difficult to detect in men. Some of the accusers felt burnt, but that’s not abuse. Even the tweet with the link to the callout itself summarizes it to “he has fucked his fans, and would rather they not talk about it.” That’s not abuse, that’s having boundaries.

It’s absolutely okay to believe that what Vinny did is unwise, or handled inelegantly, or that he’s a douche, or that he shouldn’t have been sleeping with fans in the first place, but nothing he did can be considered abusive. What should have remained an interpersonal/personal conflict became a public circus.

I haven't seen anyone talk about this yet but Jemma was mentioned by this person on twitter called Proud Nugget that made a thread with false allegations and fake screenshots about her and Vinny. This person has been harassing Vinny for years now and tried spreading lies a few years ago about them.

I haven't seen anyone mention it yet but lichpit, one of the girls mentioned in the document, has been asking for her to be removed.

so far they haven't contacted her or taken her off the document despite her constantly tweeting about it.

I have to agree that it is concerning they refuse to remove her and want to keep false information in their document. It makes you question what else is false in there.
