I come from a place of understanding. No ones lives identical lives, but people may have had experiences that come as close to identical as it can get. Either way, if you are going through something, whether it’s something I’ve been through or not, feel free to message me. If you need to vent to a stranger. Message me. Now with Covid, people struggling with depression and anxiety or just dealing with an issue have nothing to do but sit with their thoughts. Which is the worst thing for someone that is having problems can do. It does not help that seeing a psychiatrist or therapist is harder now either. Appointments are through phone only where I live, and even then, sometimes you need someone to talk to and it’s too urgent to wait on an appointment. I’m no saint. I’m far from being an angel. But if there is one thing I can do to give back is to make it known that if you need someone to talk to, you can message me. I promise I’ll do my best at responding as quickly as possible. Working from home now means that I have more time to check my messages. Obviously, I’m human and not available 24/7 but the suicide hotline is. There is nothing wrong with seeking help. Please do.
