Ryan Twyan was shot 37 times by LA County Sheriffs. He was unarmed and parked in front of his apartment complex. He complied with sheriffs and was still assassinated . 37 times?!! As if your side arm was not enough you had to go grab your assault rifle and finish him off?! Im disgusted and sicken that I live in a country where law enforcement has 0 accountabilities.
