Tyler thought he was giving the vamp a very serious look. A powerful glare. The sort of look that would send them running! In reality, it was Robyn's warning that sent them packing. And probably her glare. "That showed 'em," Tyler said approvingly, crossing and uncrossing his arms. "We live to fight another day."

Robyn smirked, still facing the vampire in question, but briefly looking at Tyler from the corner of her eye. It was almost annoying how much she had come to care for this idiot. "You were very menacing." She nodded, knowing fine well that he would sense her bending of the truth. Sometimes it was still fun to lie to him. "Do you think you'll ever take me up on that offer of learning to fight?"

Robyn noticed Tyler's outburst from across the room- I mean, who couldn't? She appeared behind him, backing him up against the vampire that was making a meal of him in their mind. "You should probably listen to him. Wouldn't want your masters to have to punish you for stepping out of line, would we?"

So What Happened?

Before coming to Havensdale, Robyn had been sneaking out at night back in New York, making a name for herself. A real life vigilante! A blur on someone's TikTok. A whispered story. A never-ending Reddit thread. A girl with a tragic backstory and fists of fury, trying to make a difference.

Coming to Havensdale, Robyn thought it was gonna be some bullshit, sleepy town. She couldn't have been more wrong... Before shit hit the fan, though, she ended up accompanying Joey Salvatore to visit his grandad. No big, right? Wrong. Grandpappy Salvatore starting spilling- pouring- the tea about Robyn's biological parents. He thought that she was her mom. Because Joseph Salvatore (senior) was Robyn's biological father.

On top of that, she'd been dealing with these weird dreams about other people in town and this tree. This damned tree. What did it mean? And that was before her powers kicked in, before she found out that she was psychic. Clairvoyance is a bitch when you don't know you have it, until you do!

So, D-Day happens and it's batshit. Robyn might be human (kinda) but she does her best to kick some ass. She's still living with cousin Tyler Manning and her mom. Tyler's mom is stuck outside the dome and Tyler's dad (her mom's brother)... he didn't live past June 2015, ie. New Founders Festival. And guess who's also a psychic and a copy-cat? Tyler!!

Once things settled (if you can call it that) after Founders Festival, Robyn continued her vigilant shit, which was now even more dangerous and action packed! Doing this after curfew is, of course, how she caught Joey (her half-brother), Keith (her other half-brother) and Rachel causing havoc! She had no choice but to reveal her 'secret identity' to them just to chew them out. While Robyn does not approve of their crap, if they can't be stopped... She might as well help them out.

All in all, Robyn went from being a big time loner to having her cousin and two dumbass brothers who she's weirdly, unexpectedly, protective over. She kinda loves them.

Circling back to Robyn being one of the psychics... Let's say this: Clairvoyance equals finding places, things and people; seeing where they are... Robyn certainly doesn’t know it, but this is something that Engel would find very, very interesting. If he can’t persuade- or use- her in the Grand Scheme... perhaps he'll just use her power...
