So, I wrote SCP-7673 and SCP-8076.
I had the intention of writing a whole thing, I was going to call it Project Domus which would have dealt with other member of the first family besides Cain and Able. A bunch of SCP articles telling a longer story, fleshing out and introducing the rest of the family. Eventually leading to a whole family reunion.
And, then I got depression for a year and that screwed up all my writing, my decisions, and a bit of my life if I'm being honest. I'm dealing with it better now.
And now, I'm really burnt out on SCP writing, even attempting to write the stuff just for myself ... just can't finish any half done files. I still feel like getting the ideas across but I don't got it to write them. I don't know... maybe someday I'll post the half finished ideas. But for now and for some closure for myself more than anyone, here are some ideas and stuff I set up or wanted to shared.
I was going to introduce Seth. I was going to deal with more of prophet Set. He'd be clairvoyant, powerfully so. Being able to see the past, the future, along with anywhere in the present he focused his mind. Probably was while unable to die, he was still aging and his mind was fading. He turned himself to the Foundation to take care of him, and hoping to be reunited with his siblings.
Awan/Ava would be discovered at Giant Castaway, well, in a magical dungeon located in it. MTF Hecate Spear having been sent to investigating a magical dungeon discovered Ava there. Ava... was severely depressed and keeping herself drunk all the time to deal with her survival guilt. There would be a dragon and unicorns... trust me this would be funner than I'm describing it here.
The Tree of Life, the Arborvitae. Not the tree from Eden but one grown from the seeds from the fruit. After the flood and wide spread destruction Eve grew it and its power helped heal the Earth and made it livable again. It would constantly be propping up nature and helping keep the world livable. Then the Chaos Insurgency found it hoping to use it for immortality which forced the GOC to bomb it. Eve/ O5-1 has been protecting since then tried to stop it but in the end her last attempt seemingly fails costing her life. Without her influence surpassing information the rest of the council makes her staff do an article on the tree, through that we'd see her history too. Various forces that tried to take the tree, encounters with Blackwood and how an endless task was effecting Eve, who desperate to give her choices some good meaning devoted herself to it.
Seth helping locate his family helps the foundation find a naginata. Turns out being immortal and hard to damage meant Lulu ended up in Japan and becoming an oni yokai hunter. The Foundation finding weapon made of her beryllium bronze to fight anomalous forces.
Talking about Lulu, she knew Helen Blavatsky and through her met Thomas Edison. Using some of her hair as a medium they made a spirit phone. It worked! With dangerous results. Though Lulu gets confirmation that her brother isn't dead.
Azura would be introduce. Her anomaly is the ability to manipulate space time, to an extent she can go anywhere anytime, any time dimension or realm. the reason she vanished was as a kid she used her power and couldn't get back in time. When she returned too much had happened. And an incident made so she was terrified to change the events. This would be a wild adventure across the multiverse, time, as the agents that get dragged on her adventure realize how broken and terrified she really is. Ultimately helping her realize she needs to confront her issues and finally make her way back to her family.
Seth set up the 36, by saving them giving a chance that some day they could set things right. Death didn't like that, Seth being the first person to subvert scheduled deaths. So, it made sure Seth wouldn't die. Ever but he'd still age. The youngest brother eventually looking far older.
Seth has done a lot of stuff. Usually looking ways to subvert Death not to make himself mortal, just to save people. Going to disaster to warn people and save them. Giving them a chance. I wrote a whole scene were he freed a whole train of people being taken to camp by the nazis. He gets captured but even being tortured to learn to copy his anomaly he doesn't regret it, staying true to his ideal. Honestly this scene is written and one of my favorite things.
Ava plays the piano, and while living in the islands was part of the creation of Ska. She won't admit it but she actually likes ska and while drunk while dance to ska.
Seth and the others think Adam might have cursed Lulu, that men around her tend to meet misfortune. Probably didn't want his daughter going out with guys. Oddly enough it worked in Lulu's favor because the type of guys she tended to like were humble and down on their luck guys. She called sees them as lost puppies or diamonds in the rough, others might call them losers. Her family doesn't get it, but her first husband being Schlubby did care for her and was already misfortunate and was honestly confused she was interested in him. In the end he loved her till he died, she still loves him. Though is ready to meet someone knew.
Ava at the dungeon is forced to comfort her survivors guilt to save Hecate Spear. While still facing the tragedy of the city's death, it was something else. During the flood her husband and youngest daughter died and Ava was never able to cope with it or process it. After that she devoted herself to the city, and well than it made her issues worse. Except gave her an enemy to focus on for centuries until that was taken from her and broke her a little. She is able to get some closure when being forced to relive the flood she saves two agents taking her family's place. Her daughter Sarai being played by an agent Sarah, hm wonder why such a coincidence.
Beating the dungeon requires defeating an eldritch Wyrm from out of the universe, and agent of the Void. But if they don't everyone in the dungeon will remain trapped forever and untold chaos on earth. Ava sacrifices herself to use a spell she prepared in case she needed to beat her father. She doesn't die, in fact get a power up gaining a title as Archmage of the Nexus at the heart of the Dungeon. Ultimately playing the foundation and the GOC against each other. She's been advisor to leader for years and playing people for centuries. Basically gets them in position to go in all out fight for the dungeon which will be difficult to hold or make it a freeport. The choose a free port with her in charge. The council is fine, as this just means the GOC helps cover it up and monitor it. And now they knew where 8076-1 always is.
Death comes for Seth, eventually death saw the good that Seth did. That he made the world better but giving innocents a second chance. And is ready to let Seth die, because something else is at play. Sometimes wants the family reunited, and it will only lead to ruin.
Seth in his first kill, kills death, well a death. Someone left a walking stick made from the tree of eternal life, it was an item Seth found for the foundation. Something made for life being the tool that killed death.
Seth dies? We get to see a vision and he seems to get to see his wife. She still loves him but, says it's not his time. While Death saw ruin, she sees a second chance. Seth understands, his family will need him. They kiss and he returns. He's got work to do.
Seth might not be immortal. He killed his death, so no sure how that works, people have theories but no way to test it.
Azura left the walking stick. Getting access to foundation files of her family, and realizing she broke off a branch from the tree, she set it up to save her brother.
Eve didn't die. She was pissed, hinting that she assumed someone in the foundation leaked the information of the tree to force her to let the foundation to get more control over it. Sort of worked, but she has more oversight too. Some hints suggest someone might have tried to get rid of her to get Project Domus underway.
Blackwood found a young Azura when she was lost in time, gave her a home for a time. Protected her when she couldn't herself. When asked why: "She was a small child, lost, alone and crying. I could not call myself a proper gentlemen if I didn't do something." So for a while he became surrogate father, never telling anyone of her because he was afraid others would experiment on her or hurt her. It's a safe bet to say Azura's sense of adventure and discover was from him. She visits him at random points, he find it amusing how her age fluctuates and the stories she stills him.
Eve and Blackwood knew each other. What their relationship was is... who knows? Deeds maybe. Eve called him Teddy. Blackwood commissioned a special sonic gun for her. They held each other at highest regards and trusted each other, even if on adventure they met they had conflicting goals. Eve was even noted as having stayed the night at his place, though Blackwood would always refused to let people think anything untoward happened and dishonor her. Either probably shouldn't let Able find out.
Azura tells the agents of thing beyond reality, beyond the lamplight, agents of the void, The Black Moon. And talks about something she saw as a kid, something that scared a mother. Something in the woods, that stared at them with eyes as dark and moonless night. It scares her even today.
Ava dated a woman named Morgan, hinted to be Morgan La Fey. Morgan being the one to break it up, while they were together for almost two decades and were happy. There was always a distance, Ava would get times where she was obsessed with finding the lost city and push her away. Morgan knew the reasons and tried to help but, Ava didn't let her. They ended up fairly amicable, and Morgan was terrified when she found out Ava found it, afraid something terrible would happen to her mind. It kinda did.
Ava while protecting the Dungeon also gets a job at ISCUT as a professor, and get an apprentice. She actually loves teaching. And luckily she get great benefit, which includes her having to see a therapist and get some hep with dealing with her issues. She's recovering taking steps to take care of herself better. Also, her apprentice eventually get her to be the supervisors for the school Ska appreciation club.
Alison Cho, the Black Queen attacked Ava thinking she was her sister. Ava doesn't do anything as pity her, she made deal with the Black Moon for the power she has and she can't help but pity her.
Ereshkigal the ancient goddess is awakened and pissed at the foundation for taking her followers releases a viral like curse globally. Eve being of the few unaffected recruits a friend the witch Medea to try and solve it. It's a rode trip! Doesn't go to plan as Ereshkigal captures them. They bickered and Medea yells at Eve for using her for the Foundation, putting her such positions. Eve apologizes, saying she realized he bad that is just didn't realize she was doing it. She thought she was asking for help since both didn't want humanity to die. Honestly seeing her as a friend not an assist because well Medea is one of the few people that understand. Not just living so long, but outliving your children, having terrible husbands, having your name spat upon, if by fate or gods forced to do things. And she's sorry. Oddly Ereshkigal is moved by that, her own husband being terrible and her children never visiting and just being so lonely.
Eve works out a deal, Ereshkigal followers becomes agents for the foundation up keeping her temple. In turn, Eve and Medea help her have plant life in her underworld. And when foundation member die they can go to her afterlife which they are working on improving. Which lets face it will probably be needed considering how so many foundation member won't get into the nice places. On top of that Eve and Medea visit her once a month. Basically tree mythical women worked it out so the foundation gives them girls night.
Lilith was Adams first wife, Eve was the third. the second has no name, cast aside by Adam, called by many titles the forgotten, the goddess, the demon, the abomination, the beast, Servant of the Black Moon. She will reunite the family, her family, so they can return home and bring back her husband.
