Call it delusion, I say it’s more like im reaching flow state, so we all by now know about the coming out scene and how will thought Mike was his Tammy, and like how he said all of that because the “future” that vecna showed wasn’t the one he wanted so he came out to everyone (which in my opinion wasn’t the good call bc his talk really only went to his friends and family) so everything we heard from him is what HE THOUGHT. I don’t have a picture of it but if you search around here or on anywhere you can find Mike’s reaction to it and he looks like he’s just had a major realization, like the same one will had at the hospital with robin. so I’ve been thinking that in their plan that if they get split up into teams that will and Mike could get put together and they’d like go over stuff to talk about while they’re waiting to do something and THAT’S WHERE THEY BRING THE EPILOGUE INTO THE STORY with a flashback to it where they had went over the painting lie but will wasn’t telling the entire truth(and maybe an answer to why Mike and el haven’t really been as close as they were before in s4) and now with the coming out scene Mike would’ve put the dots together so they could go over it and have a rejection or acceptance scene!! Then again I misunderstand signs that are so obvious and I bet the writers have a better idea for it but it’s just something I though was cool.
