I believe Bas is a dog/ wolf while Del is a cat haha. I didn’t expect he to become my top fav until he mentioned he could cook. A messy haired man with Berserker Archetype, who’s good at cooking and able to make dessert as well…the contrast!! I love the scenes of him designing recipes before fighting the monsters. Chef Bas🫡

God, Fidelios jabbing at Basilio for having a height advantage when racing hits so differently when you learn he literally stopped growing from the igniter experiments.

Imagine finally clawing your way out of a hellhole and getting treatment for the immediate damage, only for years to pass, watching the brother you dragged out of that hole slowly grow, all while you stay the same. Your own body’s stagnation being a constant reminder of what was permanently done to both of you.

And yet it’s something Del don’t feel any animosity or envy toward Basilio for being the lucky one. It’s just something he brushes off whenever someone confronts his status as elder brother with, like we see with Hulkenberg at nightprowler. And my god is that heartwarming and heartbreaking.
