@d_lion09 I understand your interpretation, but my post is intended to offer support and understanding. They have addressed your concern multiple times on their IG. If you don’t believe their explanations are genuine, that is definitely your right. I didn’t create this post so people like you could continuing the rant of this specific situation. There’s no need to use words like “sleazy” because I have already seen those comments on Twitter. This post is intended to share my opinions based on my experience with them. In my opinion, they have always shown professionalism and consideration towards customer concerns by being diligent on addressing issues quickly on an IG live.
