Have you guys ever thought about the public transport infrastructure that we have today? In America it sucks. Some cities have very little options other than driving vehicles and most only have a couple of public buses. Roads cover so much of the country, yet we don't have affordable and sustainable ways to travel. Even worse is that public walkways are often not well cared for or completely removed in favor of roadways. Riding bikes is sustainable, but with the attitude of drivers it isn't safe. Does anyone have good articles for me to read or thoughts on this?

The last couple of days I have been thinking of the ideal of no one having to work for food or housing. We would get meal tickets or something for food based on our diets and housing I have no idea about. But we would only have to work for the extra stuff; the candy, soda, video games, phones, wifi, new furniture, stuff like that. I think at first a lot of people would stop working... but eventually everyone would get bored or depressed. I think people would start working for entertainment and genuine interest rather than necessity. What are your guys thoughts?

I made this painting for my brother a while ago and thought that I should post it now. He really likes sharks so I found a simple top down image of one and spent some hours painting it and repainting it until I liked how it looked.

I plan to post my work from this last year with thoughts about the art and everything that has been happening. Now that I have more free time I hope to create more of my own work.

This is another project from school. The theme was speaking about nature or earth and I wanted to make something that represented how calm being outside can make me feel.

I made a rain stick and two shakers from oak roots my family had to take out of our yard. Though I thought it would take a lot longer than it did I had a lot of fun coming up with this project.

Here's another project from the 3D art class. This one was for an emotional story telling assignment where we got together in class and all spilled our hearts out while talking about what we made.

Originally I wasn't too happy about what I made, but after getting encouragement from the class I was happy to have shared it with everyone.
